Time for Fun and New Perspectives!

Full Moon in Aquarius 2020 Blog by Patricia Rogers, Astrology Horoscope Queen

The Full Moon in Aquarius phase August 2-4 (with Sun in the sign of Leo) highlights the individual and the group(s) we belong to… from close friends and family members to the family of man.  We are certainly unique souls, yet this Full Moon asks us to discover how we are more alike and find ways to let go of grudges and perhaps ignore differences and support each other.  Easier said than done as egos are highly charged now and people feel their freedoms are threatened.  We are stubborn to change under this Full Moon and prefer someone else alters their behavior!

With any Full Moon, we are challenged to change, and it helps to radically

see the world and others from an entirely new perspective and be on the lookout for surprises!  Challenge yourself to find 10 new things about yourself, people you know and the world you live in.  Go looking for them like a scavenger hunt…but without any clues – other than find (at least) 10 surprises that are genuine discoveries!

With Sun in Leo (July 22 – August 21) we feel compelled to play and have fun – just for the sake of it!  It does the Leo heart (that we all have inside) good to let loose, be spontaneous & creative, and thoroughly loving what brings you JOY!  This helps release stress and melt barriers between folks when they can’t agree on what is right or wrong with the world.

You have a choice this Full Moon to be the individual apart from the group, or jump in and participate in sharing the universal language of laughter and reaffirming we all want the same things in life – which is to love and be loved.

The following forecasts apply to Sun, Moon and Ascendant Signs for the Full Moon phase in Aquarius (August 2-4) and  through the end of this Leo Moon’s cycle August 18, 2020.

Aries (March 19 – April 20) You want to stand out in the crowd and are doing just that lately!  The more creative you get, the more positive feedback you receive.  Watch for fresh new ideas from others that point the way for more exploration and collaboration!

Taurus (April 20 – May 20) Time to expand your horizons and satisfy your curiosity by learning new tricks you have avoided in the past.  This is no time for excuses to miss out on what seems to be frivolous or waste of time.  Life is for learning and living!

Gemini (May 20 – June 20) This is a great time to experiment with your personal style and appearance.  Whether you want to attract a new job, new love, or whatever life might have to offer, you send a message “count me in” when you dress and act the part you want to play!

Cancer (June 20 – July 22) Friends and people you help to make the world a better place are top of mind now as you value the fact you can chose those relationships freely.  With no strings attached to mix and mingle, you make the effort to feel you really belong with certain people you find very special.

Leo (July 22 – August 22) You are establishing yourself as a leader with groups of people you know or are getting to know.  No need to say “make way” as people like what they see, and you like the feeling of being accepted for your gifts, personality, and warm heart!

Virgo (August 22- September 22) Home is where your heart is lately and you are less adventurous than many people you know – believing you are doing the right thing and following best practices, including social distancing.  Watch the tendency to worry and pressure others to follow your lead.  Find creative ways to stay engaged without compromising your desires to stay physically apart.

Libra (September 22 – October 22) Career is top of mind for you, yet team members are not as engaged as you would like, which challenges your people skills to get more action and traction on projects.  Time to make work more inviting and fun for people and less a chore!

Scorpio (October 22 – November 21)   The war of wills is getting you off balance, and no one seems to be willing to back down, especially you!  It’s easy to win the battle and lose the war.  Abe Lincoln once said “to kill an enemy – make them your friend”.  The only casualty might be a bruised ego.

Sagittarius (November 21 – December 21) Having fun is always your motto, and that is especially true now.  People need your enthusiasm and free spirit more than ever now, and this Full Moon and next two weeks is prime time for you to schedule play dates that relieve stress and refresh the soul!

Capricorn (December 21 – January 19) If laughter is the best medicine, double up on your doses Capricorn.  You’ve been way to serious, and rightly so, but letting it get to you doesn’t solve any problems – but might create some new ones!  Make a date with yourself for daily escapes – especially if it involves playtime with children!

Aquarius (January 19 – February 18) Peter Pan swore he would never grow up and so did you many years ago!  Time to reclaim your child within and engage in pastimes that are strictly for enjoyment.

Pisces (February 18 – March 19) All work and no play make Pisces a dull boy and girl – not to mention moody, depressed and no fun to be around.  Time to cancel your pity party and schedule a real one – just for the sake of it!
